Owner and designer, Marcia Mazochia-Harms is a graduate of The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, where she majored in fashion design. It was in school that she discovered her true passion for designing various accessories that were not only stylish, but also functional and long-lasting. A few years after graduation, Marcia turned her passion into a full-time adventure - resulting in the birth of Bella Bags & Accessories.

If you decide that you would like to own a Bella Bag, you can rest assured that it will be unique! I stand behind my product. If anything happens to your bag, aside from normal wear and tear, contact me immediately so that I can either repair or replace your bag.
My main concern is that you are completely satisfied with your bag. If you feel as though you need to return your bag, please email me and I will contact you to make things right. If your bag should need to be shipped back due to any defect, I will take care of the shipping. If you wish to exchange your bag, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
