Return Information:
If you feel as though you need to return your bag, please email Bella Bags and Accessories and we will contact you back to make things right. If your bag should need to be shipped back due to any defect, we will take care of the shipping.



Exchange Information:
Exchanges may be made within 30 days of receipt. If you wish to exchange your bag, you will be responsible for shipping costs.



Shipping Information:
We typically ship every business day. We primarily utilize USPS for shipping; however, UPS, Fed Ex or DHL may also be arranged. If there is any delay in shipping, Bella Bags and Accessories will contact you to keep you informed!
